Pavilion offers casually chic settings for all types of private events, from family reunions, birthday and anniversary celebrations, to executive retreats, meetings and more. Each of our carefully renovated and tastefully curated spaces provide a variety of options to make hosting the perfect gathering even easier. PRIVATE DINING ROOM
CAPACITY: 10-22
Located in the rear of Pavilion, this comfy dining space is perfect for holiday dinners, intimate rehearsal dinners, private dinners, special celebrations, corporate dinners and more! Make the space yours by bringing decor and he tables can be arranged to accommodate a communal type dining environment or individually spaced as pictured to the right.

PAVILION BUYOUT
CAPACITY: 30-60
For a special celebration, the full PAVILION is available for a special event. As an add on, (and subject to season) the back garden patio is also available for a cocktail hour prior to dinner.
THE BARN AT PICKERING HOUSE
CAPACITY: 45-150
The first floor of the Barn can accommodate up to 65 Guests. Perfect for Birthday and anniversary celebrations, Family reunions. The entrance ramp to the Barn is even heated for winter events! If the entire barn is utilized for the event, it comfortably accommodates 150 people.
